Columbia Southern University’s Department of Career Services is proud to present four students with the Omega Nu Lambda Scholarship.
The Omega Nu Lambda scholarship covers the cost of one future CSU course and recognizes the accomplishments of Omega Nu Lambda student members. Omega Nu Lambda is a national collegiate honor society exclusively for online students. CSU selects and invites students based on their academic standing. Requirements include maintaining a 3.2 GPA as an undergraduate, 3.65 GPA as a graduate student and having completed 15 credit hours to receive an invitation.

- Vanessa Arias
Recipients are pursuing undergraduate and graduate programs in occupational safety and health, public administration and human resource management.
“Having a membership in Omega Nu Lambda aligns strongly with my core values of academic excellence, personal growth and professional development that shows the values that are essential in the field of human resources, particularly in the area of employee relations,” said Rodriguez who is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resource management. “With the participation in Omega Nu Lambda, I hope to further enhance my professional skills by learning from other high achieving students and professionals, participating in leadership activities and contributing to initiatives that promote academic and career success.”
“With a strong commitment to integrity, honesty and service to others, I view this membership as a reflection of who I am and a valuable support system for my career in ergonomics and occupational health and safety,” said Fitzpatrick who is pursuing a master’s degree in occupational safety and health with a concentration in environmental management.
