2022 Tuition Update

At Columbia Southern University, we believe that every person seeking higher education has the right to an affordable, quality education underscored by exceptional student support. As an institution that remains one of the most affordable options in higher education, CSU will adopt a moderate tuition rate increase and technology fee effective July 1, 2022.

Through these changes, CSU will continue to maintain its quality online experience and provide the latest technologies to its students. The university strives to provide the best possible online experience while delivering quality education. These measures help secure necessary resources that keep these efforts on pace to maintain and enhance the educational experience.

Undergraduate Courses
The tuition rate for undergraduate courses will increase from $235 to $245 per credit hour. The tech fee for undergraduate courses is $25 per course.

Graduate Courses
The tuition rate for graduate courses will increase from $325 to $335 per credit hour. The tech fee for graduate courses is $35 per course. The tuition rate for graduate courses will remain $250 per credit hour for all active-duty military members using tuition assistance. The tech fee will not apply to these students.

Doctoral Courses
The tuition rate for doctoral courses will increase from $420 to $435 per credit hour. The tech fee for doctoral courses is $60 per course.

The new tuition rate and tech fees will take effect July 1, 2022, beginning with terms 1A23 and 1B23. All LifePace Learning® enrollments received on or after July 1, 2022, will adhere to the new tuition rate and tech fee requirement as well. Please note that all eTextbooks, textbooks and integrated learning resources will continue to be provided at no additional cost.
