Columbia Southern University (CSU) recently added 11 new programs to its catalog, including several concentrations, two accelerated programs and an undergraduate certificate. The university now offers more than 200 degree programs and certificates to students. The newest programs include:
- Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration – Human Services
- Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration – Human Services (Accelerated)
- Bachelor of Science in Forensic Investigation – Human Services
- Bachelor of Science in Human Resources – Instructional Design and Technology
- Bachelor of Science in Psychology – Human Services
- Master of Science in Strategic Leadership – Marketing
- Master of Science in Strategic Leadership – Project Management
- Bachelor of Science to Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology (Accelerated)
- Master of Business Administration – Engineering Management
- Master of Business Administration – Supply Chain and Logistics
- Undergraduate Certificate in Instructional Design and Technology
The university’s human services concentration was added to four additional degree programs including the Bachelor of Science in criminal justice administration.
Brittany Brooks, Ph.D. and a full-time instructor at CSU noted that this program offers students the opportunity to understand the intersection between the criminal justice system and the helping professions. It was developed to prepare students with the knowledge and skills to work with those who have been impacted by crime, incarceration, substance use, trauma, domestic violence and other social challenges.
The program is a response to current trends in justice reform and the growing demand for professionals equipped to work in community service, victim advocacy, rehabilitation and social support roles. To learn more, visit ColumbiaSouthern.edu.
