Spring 2026 Edition of DBA Scholarly Journal Now Available

Columbia Southern University is proud to publish the spring 2026 edition of its Doctor of Business Administration scholarly journal.

“Business Management Research and Applications: A Cross-Disciplinary Journal” is a biannual, open-access (CC BY-ND 4.0), peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research. BMRA also publishes works that explore the applied implications of others’ research, conceptual papers and case studies in the areas of business administration and management.

The spring 2026 edition includes the phenomenological study of how managerial influence shapes employees’ perceptions during stages of corporate decline and their decision to remain or leave an organization.

Another article involves the study of predatory pricing on small businesses in Long Island City, New York, that explores effective strategies employed by small business owners to mitigate the adverse effects of intensified economic pressures from large corporations.

Alumni, faculty, researchers and business professionals are invited to submit a paper for consideration in future editions, as well as master’s and doctoral-level students. The journal is a way to enhance your scholarly reputation as an author and have a voice in the conversation on a topic via a cross-disciplinary platform.

To access this journal or to submit your scholarly writing for consideration, please visit BMRAJournal.ColumbiaSouthern.edu. Contributions are reviewed on a continual basis, and you can submit via the website at any time.
