Columbia Southern University staff member Sherri Killam-Albee has been named the winner of the inaugural Knight in Shining Armor Award, which was announced at the 2024 CSU Christmas party.
This prestigious award is presented to an outstanding CSU staff member who demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic and outstanding performance, while also exemplifying the CSU core values and behavioral traits: exceptional service, relationships, flexibility, innovation, humility and excellence.
“It is an incredible honor to receive this, but it’s a bigger honor to work here every day with amazing people,” she said. “I feel lucky all the time. I tell my co-workers that, and I just feel very lucky to be here.”
Sherri is an editor in the Department of Instructional Design and Technology.
