John Koch
John Koch has been named environmental, health and safety manager for CTB, Inc. Koch, who served in the Army National Guard, will implement policies and programs to manage CTB’s compliance with employee safety laws in order to promote a safe and healthy workplace. He has earned three master’s degrees from CSU.

Victoria RamageGarcia
Chief Warrant Officer 3 Victoria RamageGarcia assumed the charter for the 20th CBRNE Command, the first command chief warrant officer in the nearly 20-year history of the one-of-a-kind U.S. Army command. RamageGarcia became the command chief warrant officer after serving as the CBRN technician for Weapons of Mass Destruction Coordination Team 1 in the 20th CBRNE Command. A native of Pioneer, California, RamageGarcia has served in the U.S. Army for almost 20 years. She earned a bachelor’s degree from CSU in 2019.

Jon Hyman
CEO Coaching International, an executive coaching firm for growth-focused CEOs and entrepreneurs globally, recently announced Jon Hyman as its newest partner and coach. Hyman is a former chief executive officer and founder of Softspikes, Sportgrass and CeraTech. “I am thrilled to join the CEO Coaching International team, where I can apply my business experience and insights to guide CEOs to achieve extraordinary results and make big things happen,” Hyman said. He holds an MBA from CSU.

Josh Umholtz
Josh Umholtz, general manager and advertising director of “Farm Talk,” a newspaper dedicated to covering agriculture and agribusiness news, has been promoted to the role of publisher. Umholtz is an Oklahoma native and a United States Navy veteran. “I’m excited and humbled to leverage the tools and experience I’ve gained publishing 12 community newspapers in rural towns from Nebraska to Texas to the benefit of this incredible paper,” said Umholtz. He is a 2012 CSU graduate.

Rachel Resendes
Rachel Resendes was appointed as the next executive director at Damien’s Food Pantry. Located in Massachusetts, Damien’s Food Pantry raised millions to build and open a new location, launched a program to teach pantry goers nutritional cooking skills and started a community garden pilot program. Resendes will oversee the $2.3 million location that opened in April. She earned her MBA at CSU and is currently pursuing her doctorate degree.
