Career Services has partnered with Dayna Fuller, manager of CSU’s Curriculum Development, to present an online Interviewing Skills Workshop at 1 p.m. CST, Sept. 13, 2013 for students and alumni via Adobe Connect.
Fuller’s current position and past experience as a top 100 selling specialist for Macy’s gives her a unique perspective as a hiring manager. She has taught professional seminars and has been an integral part of many training videos.
“A piece of advice I have for an interviewee is to always send a follow-up thank you letter,” said Fuller.
She and members of Career One say one of the most important things you can do to prepare for an interview is to practice!
By attending the Interviewing Skills Workshop, participants will learn:
- How to prepare effectively for an interview
- How to answer difficult interview questions
- How to properly follow-up after an interview
