Technical support now available to students

CSU technical support staff are now available to help students with Blackboard issues.

“Whether it’s assistance upgrading software or any issue you’re experiencing with Blackboard, we’re here to walk you through the process and get you back on the road to success,” said Susan Ellis, director of Student Services and Retention.

Students can reach a technical support representative via Live Chat, telephone (888) 394-5734, Ext. 6540 or e-mail us at techsupport@columbiasouthern.edu . Technical support hours are 8 a.m. to Midnight (Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

I am sure this is the wrong way to do this but when I hit the techsupport link it treys to make me sign up for a web page. Any way. I have had this HY1020 course on my course list for many terms and I would like to get it removed. How do I go about that?

I am having trouble signing into my CSU portal. I can’t remember my password and there is a problem with the page.
