CSU Alumnus Joins Staff at Mississippi Arts + Entertainment Experience

The Mississippi Arts + Entertainment Experience (MAX) welcomed Steven Sullivan to their team. He will manage IT, AV and interactive systems, as well as the photography and all other computer systems. Sullivan earned an MBA in project management and a bachelor’s in information technology from CSU.

CSU Alumnus Selected as the State Command Senior Enlisted Leader

Chief Master Sgt. Maurice Williams has been selected as the state command senior enlisted leader for Joint Force Headquarters, Kansas National Guard. He currently serves as the state command chief for the North Carolina National Guard and will begin his new role in Topeka, Kansas at the beginning of October. Williams earned his associates, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees from CSU.

Knight Running for School Board Seat

Greg Mayes is running for a board member seat of the Keystone Central School Board in Pennsylvania. He is the manager of Suburban Water Authority and the owner of After Hours Satellite. Mayes earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from CSU.

Two Knights Earned NSC Scholarship

Keith Kureska and Mitchell Huston were one of five recipients of the 2017 National Safety Council Congress & Expo scholarship program. This scholarship recognizes achievement in the occupational safety field and recipients were acknowledged during the expo’s motivational keynote address.

CSU Alumnus Announces Candidacy for City Council

Broderick McGee of Tyler, Texas announced that he would running for the Tyler City Council District 2 seat in the May 2018 election. He serves as the human resources manager for Kluber Lubrication, as well as in many other volunteer roles in his community. He received a master’s in human resources from CSU.

Knight Named Assistant Police Chief

Anthony Davis has been appointed as assistant police chief of the Clinton, North Carolina Police Department. He has served on the department since 2003 and most recently lead the Neighborhood Improvement Team. Davis earned his bachelor’s in criminal justice from CSU.

Knight Begins New Role as Athletic Director

Rudy Yodvich now serves as the athletic director at Wheeling Jesuit Univeristy in Wheeling, West Virginia. He will oversee 20 men’s and women’s sports, including a new football program. Yodvich earned an MBA in sports management from CSU.

    I was selected as the Chiquita Marbury Technology Innovation award winner in Alabama K-12 education for District Technology Coordinators for 2017. Also after completing my degree with CSU I was hired as the Director of Technology for the Jacksonville City School System in Jacksonville, Alabama. Thank you CSU for helping me move up in my career.
