2015 CSU Christmas & New Year’s Holiday Schedule
CSU will be closed Wednesday, December 23 – Friday, December 25, 2015 and will re-open Monday, December 28, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. CST. In addition, CSU will be closing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2015 – Friday, January 1, 2016 and will re-open Monday, January 4, 2016. Student requests, including email and voicemail, will be promptly attended to upon our return.
Suggested Submission Deadlines for the Holiday Schedule:
The following submission deadlines are provided as a guideline to ensure your request is processed prior to holiday closure. Requests submitted after the published deadlines may not be processed until offices re-open.
Please note, students wishing to receive email responses from faculty prior to Wednesday, December 23, 2015, should send their email no later than Sunday, December 20, 2015, 11:59 p.m. CST.

- Students wishing to have a subjective assignment graded prior to the scheduled break should submit the assignment on or before December 16, 2015. Students may continue to submit assignments throughout the scheduled break; however, assignments submitted after the above deadline will be graded by Wednesday, January 6, 2016 11:59 p.m. CST.

- Students who would like to submit a writing or math assignment to the Success Center must do so by close of business Thursday, December 17, 2015. The Success Center will resume all duties on Monday, December 28, 2015.

- Incomplete Course and Final Exam Requests: Tuesday, December 15, 2015
- Course Drop/Withdrawals:
- Drop/Withdrawal requests received during the scheduled break will be processed the first business day following the scheduled break, which is December 28, 2015.The date of withdrawal will be considered the last date of scheduled attendance prior to the scheduled break, which is December 22, 2015.
Scheduled Website/Blackboard Maintenance:
- During the scheduled break, maintenance may occur on one or more Columbia Southern University systems. Please refer to the following website to review the status of any ongoing maintenance that may occur during the scheduled break.
