The Student Code of Conduct Policy and Student Appeals Policy have been revised and will go into effect on April 1, 2015.
Minor changes have been made to the Student Code of Conduct Policy to include, creating due process for students who may be charged with a conduct issue, providing clarity to the types of conduct that is prohibited, and including verbiage that the Student Code of Conduct Policy not only refers to conduct within all online interactions but also at any university-sanctioned events.
The Student Appeals Policy has been revised to include the following:
- Provided clarity regarding the time frame in which an appeal moves through the process
- Removed administrative titles
- Incorporated Student Appeals Committee for Level III Appeals
