Suling Beck Hogan
Hogan was recently named Teacher of the Year at McEachern High School in Cobb County, Ga. She has been a high school teacher for 12 years and worked as a police officer. She is also running for Teacher of the Year for the Cobb County School District.
Tom Robinson
BS, OSH with fire science concentration, 2012
Robinson has released two books this year, “Hearts on Fire” and “Heart Thoughts.” The books of poetry are about life and how the heart and mind work together to produce feelings of emotion and passion. Robinson is a battalion chief and instructor at Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington, N.C.
