Dear CSU Students and Alumni,
Christmas is quickly approaching, and I want to take this opportunity to wish each of you a very Merry Christmas. I hope that you are able to take some time to enjoy family and friends.
Many CSU students serve in the U.S. military or in emergency services. For those of you who will remain on call over Christmas or who are spending the holidays away from family overseas, we appreciate you and the sacrifices made.
It is hard to believe 2012 is already coming to an end. It was an unusually busy year for CSU and I am proud to say we achieved some great accomplishments that all are connecting to improving the student experience. I am thankful that while many online institutions saw significant drops in students, CSU held steady.
CSU truly is a unique and different institution that greatly values its family culture, work environment, student-centered focus, and offering of flexible online learning.
It is our mission to change and improves lives and we look forward to continue making a difference in 2013.
As always, thank you for choosing CSU to pursue your dreams of earning a degree.
From all of us at CSU, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
God bless,
Robert Mayes
